A: RENTS ARE ALWAYS DUE THE 1ST OF THE MONTH. TENANTS ARE OFFERED SEVERAL WAYS
TO PAY RENTS, IN OFFICE, AFTER HOURS DROP OFF INSTRUCTIONS ARE PROVIDED, USPS,
OR THEY ARE OFFERED AN ONLINE PORTAL FOR ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS.

A: REPORTS ARE SHARED VIA YOUR OWNER PORTAL MONTHLY AND INCLUDES: OWNERS STATEMENT,
CASH FLOW, WORK ORDER REPORT AND ANY APPLICABLE INVOICES THAT WERE PROCESSED.

A: WE DO, IN A DESIGNATED TRUST ACCOUNT.

A: WE DO NOT. WE UTILIZE ALL INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS. WE WILL ALWAYS NOTIFIY YOU
OF ANY WORK ORDER RECEIVED ON YOUR HOME AND KEEP YOU UPDATED ON THE PROGRESS OF THE WORK.
